1) What is included in the price?
    There are no hidden fees! All of our product prices include set up, up to three email proofs prior to production and production. Almost all of our products also feature quantity break pricing.

2) What is not included in the price?
    Any applicable sales tax and shipping are not included in the listed price. Art fees may apply for layouts requiring more than 3 revisions, use of multiple photos, photo editing, logo creation, extensive type setting. Set up fees are only applied to customer supplied items. 

3) Do you do personalize customer supplied items?
    Yes! While not all items can be personalized, we have many options available. Call 715-839-8666 to inquire about your item, as well as to receive a quote. All care is taken with every item, but customer supplied items cannot be guaranteed. On the rare occasion that an undesirable outcome occurs, the customer will assume all responsibility for the replacement of that item. 

4) If I have a Unique project, can Awards & More help me?
    YES! We have a complete inhouse design team and laser engraving facility. Feel free to contact us at 715-839-8666 for special needs or requests.

5) Can you laser engrave large pieces?
    YES! Awards & More can laser engrave large pieces, up to 4 feet wide, by 10 feet long and 17 inches high or can segment engraving for items that are even larger depending on design. For example a full size door from a house could be laser engraved with a monogram or family crest. Call 715-839-8666 for details and pricing.

6) What kind of logo file is needed to laser engrave and how do I submit it? 
    All engraved files need to be vector eps/ai. Our graphics team can create files but this may incur additional charges. Files can be emailed as an attachment to awards@awardsandmore.com

7) What kind of photo files can I use?

  All photos used for any full color process need to be high resolution. This means using the original photo, not a resized file. Generally, any photo taken from social media is not a useable option. 

8) What is the turn around time? 
    Generally, the turn around time for most projects is 7-10 business days after proof approval, but if something is needed faster there are rush options.
